THE BASICS

What is a clipping agency?

A clipping agency gets existing footage shared as short videos. Independent clippers edit and post on their own TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts accounts. ClippingVerse manages the brief, coordination, submissions and reporting.

You only pay for verified views.

Applies to clipper rewards under campaign terms. Our management fee is agreed separately.

THE DETAILS

Questions,
answered plainly.

The practical things to know before a campaign starts.

Why is this better than paid ads?

Clipping gives your existing footage more opportunities to reach people through independent clippers’ accounts. Posts may continue receiving views after the campaign ends, but ongoing reach is not guaranteed. It is another distribution channel to consider alongside paid ads; we do not promise that it will always be cheaper or perform better.

Who edits and posts the clips?

Independent clippers edit approved footage and publish to their own social accounts on the platforms allowed by the campaign. ClippingVerse manages the campaign around that work.

Do I need to make new footage?

You can use existing podcasts, videos, interviews, demos or other suitable footage. You provide the files, usage permissions and campaign guidelines. You must have permission to use all supplied material, including music.

Can I set rules for how my brand appears?

Yes. The brief can specify approved footage, key messages, captions, prohibited claims and other content boundaries. If you need approval before a clip is posted, raise that before launch so we can confirm whether the campaign can support it.

Can I choose platforms and target countries?

Tell us which platforms and audiences matter to you. Allowed platforms and any audience eligibility requirements must be agreed in the campaign brief. Organic distribution does not guarantee that every view will come from your preferred audience or country.

Do I only pay for verified views?

Your clipper reward budget pays for verified views that meet the campaign’s eligibility rules and agreed payout terms. A public view count alone does not establish eligibility. Our management fee is separate and agreed before launch.

What does the management fee cover?

The agreed campaign setup, clipper coordination, submission review and reporting. Clipper reward funding is separate, and the scope and price are confirmed before launch.

Can you guarantee views or sales?

No. Clipper participation and eligible views depend on the campaign. The reward budget shows what could be funded under the agreed terms; it is not a forecast or a promise of sales.

How do you handle fake views or unsuitable submissions?

We review submissions against the brief and eligibility rules, investigate questionable activity and exclude activity that does not qualify from reward calculations. Review can require supporting information. The review process and eligibility criteria are agreed before launch.

How soon can my campaign launch?

Timing depends on the footage, permissions, brief, funding and agreed campaign setup. We confirm the launch plan after reviewing those details.

What will I see in campaign reporting?

We agree the reporting scope and frequency before launch. It should distinguish submitted clips, reviewed submissions, eligible views and reward spending, so raw public view counts are not mistaken for approved results. Sales attribution is a separate requirement to discuss before launch.

What happens to unused campaign funding?

Unused balances and refunds depend on the platform and the agreed campaign terms. We confirm how unused funding will be handled in writing before you fund a campaign.
